A-One indicated that these pans needed addressed prior to the chip sealj project. BUILDING, PERMITS Dan Covington Camper Carport The council reviewed and approved the building permit for Dan Covington upon motion from Councilman Hyle and Tiffany Knudsen came before the council to discuss her tiny home permits that she filed back in December. She has amended the permit down to two tiny homes which would in turn fall within the setbacks oft the property she owns on East 3rd North. Discussion followed. The council requested that she survey her property to distinguish between the property and thel North 2ud West platted: street which is currently a dirt street. Hei received his credits and The Town willl be completing an inventory of lead and copper pipes within the water infrastructure by October 2024. JR Welding will be working on the framework andj poles to Town Clerk Administrator Knudsen submitted the grant award letter to the council and stated we would be working on an Town Clerk. Administrator Knudsen stated that A-One willl bel here weather permit April 15th toj patch, followed by crack: seal, and chips seal to begin week of May 6th. The council discussed ther need tol locate all thet potholes in the town limits tol begin addressing them. Public Works Crum felt they could get that established and let council know how the outcome of! potholes and determine the amount of asphalt to repair them.
