Veryified some dates for the Budget session. Budget hearing planned for November 7, 2023. Ms. Sickles would like to move that to November, 21 2023 due to the fact that ift the sales taxi is not approved in the 2023 Coordinated Election some swift changes will need to be made. Senate bill 213 sponsors will be coming back. He is scheduled in Durango. Talk about housing and land use. Turn it back to Chief  Hoguet with the Association's approval.  Agenda Item #2 F: Pine River Senior Center Rental Application  Ms. Sickles gives transition update. Role may need to be a more full time position ifr rentals take off. Carrie has back-up with Tuvshintugs. And Dustin if nessasary. Covid addendum still on but will probably come off this  year.  Trustee Zazzaro asks if part time is ok for new roles. Trustee Au asked about Covid addendum. Ms. Sickles clarifies what VMS signs are and that they are our own not rented. Trustee Morlan asked if the lowest bid had good reviews. Ms. Sickles replied it was her understanding it did not. Trustee Au asked if the review was accurate on one of the quotes. And said he did ag good job on his neighbor's houses. Mayor Tarkington added that there wasn't a large cost discrepancy in the quotes. Trustee Zazzaro asked if item was in budget. Ms. Sickles replied yes it was included in the budget for  the Senior Center upgrades. Trustee Zazzaro asked who paid. Ms. Kilian replied that the developers puti itt to the title companies and they pay the town. Trustee Hartz asked ift things will stay the same after the preliminary. Ms. Killian replied it will give us the dimensions of the roadway sO we know exactly where curb and gutter will go. Trustee Thomas asked if we would get an updated number for cost. Ms. Killian replied we will get an updated number with the preliminary engineering. Trustee Zazzaro asked how we will get to $311,000 with the Mustang Crossing and the Clover 7 homes. Ms Killian replied we wont get there with the developments as they have already paid their share and the intersection was already warranted before. Trustee Thomas asked what the match might be. Ms. Killian replied its hard to say it depends on the grant. Trustee Zazzaro asked ift the plan will have to be redone like the park plan. Ms. Sickles replied TPR is ten years with CDOT want to get on the list. Trustee Hartz asked ift that was the advantage of doing itr now. Ms. Killian replied yes we are already at 60 percent. Trustee Hartz  asked if the funds were restricted. Ms. Killian replied yes they are for this project. Zazzaro asks if some building permit fees will be waved if the builders build housing to meet that criteria. Nicol Killian (Community Development) gives options that meet the criteria. Arena meeting held 8/1. Public hearing 8/8/2023 with the Planning Commission and another public meeting with Board of Trustees 8/15/2023. Ms Sickles shows plan and ideas on big screen and shares Rodeo Association. concerns. Ms. Killian states we told the association that we need to be stewards of the park and the community as a whole wants the park upgraded. Trustee Au asked ift there was an access. Ms. Killian stated no access was on the survey. Trustee Wolff asked what the phases look like. Ms. Killian says that will be decided on costs and grants. Trustee Thomas asked about land swap possibility. Ms Sickles informs thatif the arena doesn't do rodeo  itg goes back to the school district.
