CALL TO ORDER  Mayor Mills called the meeting to order at 6:28 p.m. 2. SWEARING IN OF NEW COUNCIL MEMBERS A. Swearing In Ceremony by Judge Michelle Kline  Judge Michelle Kline administered the oath of office to Councilmembers Tom Green, Jim Snyder,  Chris Fiedler, and Lloyd Worth.  3. ROLL CALL  Present: 9- Mayor Mills, Councimember Fiedler, Councilmember Green, Councimember  Johnston, Councimember Padilla, Councilmember Pawlowski, Councimember Snyder, Councilmember Taddeo, and Councimember Worth  4. APPROVAL OF REGULAR AGENDA  Motion by Councilmember Padilla, seconded by Councilmember Johnston, to approve the  Regular Agenda as presented. Motion passed by the following vote:  Aye: 9- Mayor Mills, Councimember Fiedler, Councilmember Green, Councimember  Johnston, Councimember Padilla, Councilmember Pawlowski, Councimember Snyder, Councilmember Taddeo, and Councilmember Worth  5. GENERAL BUSINESS  A. Reorganization of City Council (Selection of new Mayor Pro Tem)  Mayor Mills nominated Councilmember Pawlowski and Councilmember Padilla after they expressed interest in serving as Mayor Pro Tem. Mayor Mills announced that Councilmember Padilla would serve  as Mayor Pro Tem.  B. Swearing in of Mayor Pro Tem by Judge Michelle Kline  Judge Michelle Kline administered the oath of office to Mayor Pro Tem Peter Padilla.  C. Comments by New City Council Members  Councilmembers Snyder, Worth and Fiedler thanked everyone for their support and expressed their  excitement to serve the city in the future. Mayor Pro Tem Padilla thanked everyone.  6.
