Biggest liability bill was almost $34,000 more than anticipated. Most of the funds were over budgeted surprise in the General Fund sO it should be ok. We do pay flood insurance for Town Hall and' The Senior Center, the bill comes June or July but we should be ok. Over eighteen months ago Spillman was approved and was billed in 2023. When the final bill comes you will see it for your approval. Columbine Ranger station supposed is to be cut the trees down on Park St. Need more parking and elm trees are considered noxious. Thanks LPEA going for to being involved in the Christmas Tree Lighting Contest. We only had 4 participants but over 900 votes. Dustin Hayden (Town Clerk and Culture and R&R Director) gives report. Election packets are out and in full and got no reply. Trustee Zazzaro points out she can be a resource for PIO County for basketball going. Gym has been very full for those games. Reusable shirts almost ready to print, just need to finalize some for sponsorships. Trustee Thomas suggests maybe just charging a deposit on shirts and not a fee. Letter to parents explaining the shirt program is already drafted. Trustee Hartz asks what Caselle is? Mr. Hayden explains iti is a government software platform that handles budgets, utilities, payroll and accounts Trustee Hartz asks what ClearGov does? All willow trees on Little Pine Creek trimmed down for better river access. Vehicle Maintenance get some being done on vehicles and equipment about fifty percent done. All playgrounds inspected and in Skate Park needed some welding to make it safe. Iwas asked to meet with SME Environmental. good Had shape. trees planted in the wetlands area.
