July 12, 2016  The Dale County Commission convened its regular meeting on Tuesday, July 12, 2016. The following members were present: Mark Blankenship, Chairman; District One Commissioner Chris Carroll; District Two Commissioner Steve McKinnon; District Three Commissioner Charles W. Gary  and District Four Commissioner James W. Strickland. Commissioner Carroll followed with prayer.  MINUTES - May 24, 2016 REGULAR SESSION  Commissioner Strickland made a motion to approve the minutes of the June 28, 2016 regular session. Commissioner Gary seconded the motion. All voted aye. Motion carried.  APPROVED- - EMPLOYMENT-PROMOTION  Commissioner Gary made a motion to approve the Promotion of, Accts Payable Processor, Grade VI, Pay Rate - $12.59 to Cristal Gulledge. Commissioner Strickland seconded the motion.  All voted aye. Motion carried.  APPROVED - ROAD WORK RESOLUTIONS  Commissioner Gary made a motion to approve the following Road Work Resolutions:  County Road 10, Project No. DCP 23-01-14 County Road 33, Project No. DCP2 23-08-16 County Road 21, Project No. DCP 23-09-16  Commissioner McKinnon seconded the motion. All voted aye. Motion carried.  APPROVED- ROAD & BRIDGE - BUDGET INCREASE-  Commissioner Carroll made a motion to approve a Budget Increase -S $120,000.00 - for the Road  &B Bridge Department to be able to continue working on FEMA projects. Commissioner McKinnon seconded the motion. All voted aye. Motion carried.  APPROVED - WORKI REQUEST -LEVEL PLAINS  Commissioner Mckinnon made a motion to approve the work requested by Level Plains. (This is was considered paying back for work done by the City Level Plains) Commissioner Carroll  seconded the motion. All voted aye. Motion carried.  APPROVED - ADVERTISEMENT FOR SOUTH ALABAMA PRO-RODEO CLASSIC Commissioner Strickland made a motion to approve the price of $400.00 for South Alabama Pro-  Rodeo Classic Advertisement - Team Roping Event Sponsor- Commissioner Gary seconded the motion.
