Dale County Commission Commission Meeting Minutes- October 9, 2018 The Dale County Commission convened in a regular session Tuesday October 9, 2018. The following members were present: Chairman Mark Blankenship; District One Commissioner Chris Carroll; District Two Commissioner Steve McKinnon; District Three Commissioner Charles W. Gary; and District Four Commissioner Frankie Wilson. Chairman Blankenship called the meeting to order at 10:30 am. Commissioner Carroll opened with the Pledge of Allegiance. Commissioner Gary followed with prayer. APPROVED APPROVAL OF AGENDA Commissioner Gary made a motion to approve the agenda, adding the closing of the Courthouse for non-essential personnel on Wednesday, 10/10/18. Also, to give the Chairman authority to close, if needed, the Courthouse for non-essential personnel on Commissioner McKinnon seconded the motion, all voted aye. Motion carried. Thursday, 10/11/18. APPROVED = MEMORANDUM OF WARRANTS Commissioner McKinnon made a motion to approve thei following Memorandum of Warrants: Accounts Payable Check Numbers 81390-81456. APPROVED - 2021 LONGEVITY BONUS RESOLUTION Commissioner Gary made a motion to approve the 2021 Longevity Bonus Resolution Commissioner Wilson seconded the motion, all voted aye. Motion carried. for the County's workers' compensation policy. See Exhibit 3. APPROVED - PROPOSAL FOR BUSINESS Commissioner McKinnon made a motion to approve that the Commission has no objections to Mr. Daniel Puzzo pursuing a license with the Alabama Alcoholic Board for a draft sales business at 830 Co Rd. 124, Enterprise, AL. Commissioner Wilson seconded the motion, all voted aye. Motion carried. APPROVED - CHARGES TO OTHER DEPARTMENTS - ROAD & BRIDGE Commissioner McKinnon made a motion to approve Road and Bridge maintenance charges to other departments. Oil changes are excluded. APPROVED = COURTHOUSE CLOSING DUE TO WEATHER Commissioner McKinnon made a motion to approve the closing of the Courthouse for non-essential personnel on' Wednesday, 10/10/18.
