Town of Aguilar Meeting Minutes  February 22, 2022  I.  Call to order Marquez. II. Roll call  Mayor Marc Piano called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm on February 22, 2022, at the Aguilar Community center. Pledge of Allegiance was led by Derek  Sara Porras conducted roll call. The following persons were present: Mayor Piano, Mayor Pro Tem Baudino, Mr. Baudino, Mrs. Gonzales, Mr. Gulley, Mr.  Porras, and Mr. Walters. III. Approval of the Agenda  Mr. Porras moved to approve the agenda with the amendment of old business of bids for 405 Church St.; seconded by Mrs. Gonzales.; motion passed. IV. Approval of Special Meeting Minutes for December 2, 2021 seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Baudino; motion passed. V. Bids for 405 Church Street painting and stuccoing  Mr. Porras moved to approve the Special Meeting minutes for December 2, 2021;  Mr. Porras made a motion to accept Roger Walters bid for the painting and stuccoing of 405 Church St.; seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Baudino; Mr. Walters  abstained; motion passed.  VI. Approval of Bills from 12/1/21 to 2/22/22  Mrs. Gonzales made a motion to approve the bills from 12/1/21 to 2/22/22; seconded by Seconded by Mr. Porras; Mr. Gulley voted no; motion passed.
