Town of Aguilar Meeting Minutes  June 30, 2022  I.  Call to order  Mayor Donald Gonzales called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm on June 30, 2022, att the Aguilar Community center. Pledge led by Bill Smith The following persons were present: Mayor Gonzales, Mayor Pro Tem Baudino, Mr. Piano, Mr. Porras, Mr. Thorn, and Ms. Tyra Avila. Mr. Porras made a motion to approve the agenda; seconded by Mayor Pro Tem IV. Approval of Regular meeting minutes May 26, 2022 Mr. Piano made a motion to approve the regular meeting minutes for May 26, 2022; seconded' by Mayor Pro Tem Baudino; motion passed. V. Approval of Special Meeting Minutes for June 9,2022 Mr. Piano made a motion to approve the special meeting minutes for June 9, 2022; seconded by Mr. Porras; Mr. Thorn voted no; motion passed. VI. Approval of Special Meeting Minutes for June 13, 2022 Mr. Piano made a motion to approve the special meeting minutes for June 13, 2022; seconded by Mr. Porras; Mr. Porras and Mr. Thorn abstained; motion Ms. Scamahorn was there to give an update about the upcoming Aguilar Days and to ask about being ablet tol have access to water for the petting ZOO and a mister for helping keep people cool. Adams Mr. Adams was not present. IX. Guest Erlinda Encinias  Ms. Encinias came to the board to ask about the water situation when the augmentation would be done, she also asked about the budget and audit and  would like to see them.  X.  Building inspector/Emergeney Manager Report Mr. Adam Casillas gave his report Mr. Derek Marquez gave his report Ms. Tyra Avila gave her report  XI. Gas Report XII. Office Report XIII. Utility Report  Mr. Virgil Birkenfeld was unavailable Mr. Derek Marquez was able to answer Mr. Piano made ar motion tor revisit Mr. Malouffs water and sewer taps in 30 days; Mr. Piano made a motion to revisit Sierra Grande Investments water and sewer  any questions that the Board had about the water situation XIV. Mayor Pro Tem Baudino made a motion to purchase the postage and phone system for the Town Hall Office; seconded by Mr. Porras; motion passed. XIX. Ordinance #282 An Ordinance regulating the possession and purchasing of cigarettes, tobacco products and nicotine products by a minor and their sale Mayor Pro Tem Baudino made a motion to approve Ordinance #282; seconded by XX. Ordinance #283 An Ordinance for the Historical Properties St. Anthony of Mr. Piano made a motion to approve Ordinance #283; seconded by Mr. Porras; XXI.
