Town of Aguilar Special Meeting Minutes  September 19, 2022  I.  Call to order  Mayor Gonzales called the meeting to order on September 19, 2022, at the Aguilar Community Center. Pledge was lead by Mayor Donald Gonzales. Sara Porras conducted roll call. The following persons were present; Mayor Gonzales, Mayor Pro Tem Baudino, Mr. Piano, Mr. Thorn and Sara Porras; Mr. Mr. Thorn made a motion to approve the agenda; seconded by Mayor Pro Tem IV. Ordinance 286 An Ordinance approving an interim loan from CO Bank, ACB in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $2,640,000.00; authorizing the form agreement and promissory note to evidence such loan; authorizing the form agreement and promissory note to evidence such loan; authorizing the construction of a project; prescribing other details in Mr. Piano made a motion to approve Ordinance #286; seconded by Mayor Pro Mr. Piano made the motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:15pm; seconded by Mayor  II. Roll Call  Porras was absent. II. Approval of Agenda Baudino; motion passed.  connection therewith; and declaring an emergency  Tem Baudino; motion passed. V. Adjournment Pro Tem Baudino.
