Town of Aguilar Meeting Minutes  October 27, 2022  I.  Call to order  Mayor Donald Gonzales called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm on October 27, 2022, at the Aguilar Community center. Pledge led by Sara Porras The following persons were present: Mayor Gonzales, Mayor Pro Tem Baudino, Mr. Piano, Mr. Porras, Mr. Thorn, and Ms. Tyra Avila. Mr. Porras made ai motion to approve the agenda; seconded by Mr. Piano; motion IV. Approval of Special meeting minutes September 19,2 2022 Mr. Piano made a motion to approve the special meeting minutes for September 19,2022; seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Baudino; motion passed V. Approval of Regular meeting minutes September 29, 2022 Mr. Piano made a motion to approve the regular meeting minutes for September 29, 2022; seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Baudino; Mr. Porras abstained; motion The Building Inspector/ Emergency Manager report was given tot the board. Marquito Elisalde water tap 300 S. Franciso St.  Mayor Pro Tem Baudino made a motion tol lift the water Moratorium and approve the water tap for Marquito Elisalde at 300 S. Francisco St.; seconded by Mr. Mayor Pro Tem Baudino made a motion to approve the water tap for Richard Mr. Porras made a motion to close the moratorium; seconded by Mayor Pro Tem XIII. Sewer Taps for Marquito Elisalde at 300 S. Francisco St. and Sewer tap for Mr. Piano made a motion to approve the sewer taps for Marquito Elisalde and for Mr. Porras made ai motion tor republish the ad for bids on the ADA ramp and to be published in multiple papers from Raton NM to Colorado Springs, CO; seconded  Piano; motion passed.  XI. Richard Sanchez water tap address TBD  Sanchez; seconded by Mr. Piano; motion passed.  XII. Closed Moratorium Baudino; motion passed. Mr. Piano made a motion to Mr. James' proposal for the water and wastewater Mr. Porras made a motion to approve the Resolution 2022, 10-1 Federal disaster  field; seconded by Mr. Porras; motion passed. Mr. Porras made a motion to approve the bills from 9/20/2022 through Mayor Pro Tem made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:06 pm; seconded by  10/24/2022; seconded by Mr. Piano; motion passed.
