Town of Aguilar Meeting Minutes November 17, 2022 I. Call to order Mayor Donald Gonzales called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm on November 17,2022, at the Aguilar Community center. Pledge led by Bill Smith The following persons were present: Mayor Gonzales, Mayor Pro Tem Baudino, Mr. Piano made a motion to approve the agenda; seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Mayor Pro Tem Baudino made a motion to approve the regular meeting minutes II. Aguilar Housing Discussion of the bylaws for Aguilar Housing Tina Campbell will get the updated XVIII.Donation Friends of Aguilar Christmas $100 and back to school dance $50 Mr. Porras made ai motion to donate $50 to Friends of Aguilar for Christmas and $50f for the back-to-school dance; seconded by Mr. Piano; motion passed. Tol let everyone know that is available for inspection and not set in stone. Mayor Pro Tem Baudino made a motion to close off the burn pile to the public; Mayor Gonzales, Mayor Pro Tem Baudino, Mr. Piano and Mr. Porras agreed to volunteer to check all the Christmas lights on Main St. and replace them on a Mr. Piano made a motion tot take the vehicles tol Navajo to have them serviced and XXII.
