3 MIS Dale County Commission Commission Meeting Minutes - September 27, 2022 The Dale County Commission convened in a regular session Tuesday, September 27, 2022. The following members were present: Chairman Steve McKinnon; District Two Commissioner Donald O. Grantham; District Three Commissioner Charles W. Gary; and District Four Commissioner Frankie Wilson. Absent: District One Commissioner Chairman McKinnon called the meeting to order at 10:00am. Commissioner Gary opened Chris Carroll. with the Pledge of Allegiance.
