COU  Dale County Commission  Commission Meeting Minutes = December 12, 2023  The Dale County Commission convened in a regular session Tuesday, December 12, 2023. The following members were present: Chairman Steve McKinnon; District One Commissioner Chris Carroll; District Two Commissioner Donald O. Grantham; District Three Commissioner Adam Enfinger; and District Four Commissioner Frankie Wilson. Chairman McKinnon called the meeting to order at 10:00am. Commissioner Carroll opened with prayer. Commissioner Grantham followed with the Pledge of Allegiance.  APPROVED = AGENDA, MINUTES & MEMORANDUMI OF WARRANTS Commissioner Carroll made a motion to approve the memorandum of warrants and minutes:  Memorandum of Warrants:  Accounts Payable Check: Numbers 97869-97966. Payroll Check Numbers: 154943-1 154943. Direct Deposit Check Numbers: 426977-427123. Minutes: Commission Meeting of November 28, 2023.  Commissioner Enfinger seconded the motion, all voted aye. Motion carried.  APPROVED - PERSONNEL  Commissioner Grantham made a motion to approve the following:  1. Andrew Faulk- Engineering - Asst County Engineer - Promotion. 2. Roderick Xavier McKinney Jail-, Jailer - New Hire. 3. Jordan McDonald - Reserve Deputy - Sheriff - New Hire. 4. Justin Bowley - Reserve Deputy - Sheriff - New Hire. Motion carried.  APPROVED - ARPA - IAC REVIEW  Commissioner Carroll made a motion to approve an IAC review of a potential expenditure of ARPA funds for a restoration of the Ariton Greyhound bus depot into a museum. Commissioner Grantham seconded the motion, all voted aye. Motion carried.  APPROVED - RE-PLAT OF LOTS  Commissioner Enfinger made a motion to approve the re-plat of lots in the Copper Creek  Subdivision. See Exhibit 1  Commissioner Wilson seconded the motion, all voted aye. Motion carried.  APPROVED - MOTOROLA P-25 RADIOS  Commissioner Wilson made a motion to approve the Sheriff's decision to accept the final  project acceptance certificate. See Exhibit 2.  Commissioner Carroll seconded the motion, all voted aye. Motion carried.  APPROVED -I LETTER OF SUPPORT  Commissioner Carroll made a motion to approve a letter of support for the Dale County Pageant Committee with no financial support or responsibility towards the project. See Commissioner Grantham seconded the motion, all voted aye. Motion carried.  Exhibit 3.  ANNOUNCEMENT  NEXT REGULAR MEETING  Chairman McKinnon announced that the next regular meeting of the Dale County Commission  will be Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at 10:00am.
