COTRA < Dale County Commission Commission Meeting Minutes - March 26, 2024 The Dale County Commission convened in a regular session Tuesday, March 26, 2024. Thei following members were present: Chairman Steve McKinnon; District One Commissioner Chris Carroll!; District Two Commissioner Donald O. Grantham; and District Four Commissioner Frankie Wilson. Absent: District Three Commissioner Adam Enfinger. Chairman McKinnon called the meeting to order at 10:00am. Commissioner Carroll opened with prayer. Commissioner Grantham followed with the Pledge of Allegiance. APPROVED = AGENDA, MINUTES & MEMORANDUM OF WARRANTS Commissioner Carroll made a motion to approve the agenda, memorandum of warrants and minutes: Agenda addition: ARPA Funds - IAC. Review = Ozark Boys & Girls Club. Memorandum of Warrants: Accounts Payable Check Numbers: 98740-98814. Payroll Check Numbers: 154962 - 154964. Direct Deposit Check Numbers: 428140-428286. This will not be a County road, but will be accepted by the Town of Pinckard. Commissioner Wilson seconded the motion, all voted aye. Motion carried. APPROVED - ARPA FUNDS - OZARK UTILITIES BOARD Commissioner Wilson made a motion to approve an extension of the completion date to 09/30/24 for the sewer project. See Exhibit 1. Commissioner Carroll seconded the motion, all voted aye. Motion carried. APPROVED - ARPA FUNDS - OZARK BOYS & GIRLS CLUB Commissioner Carroll made a motion to approve an IAC review of an ARPA funds Commissioner Wilson seconded the motion, all voted aye. Joe, As we have discussed, the contractor had a major delayi in getting the manholes for this project. The manufacturer was delayed 3 months trying to locate the fly ash which our specs require to be used int the concrete for the manholes. This fly ash increases the resistance to corrosion by the sulfuric acid formed from thel hydrogen sulfide located in sewer systems.
