CORA Dale County Commission Commission Meeting Minutes - February 27, 2024 The Dale County Commission convened in a regular session Tuesday, February 27, 2024. The following members were present: District One Commissioner Chris Carroll; District Two Commissioner Donald O. Grantham; District Three Commissioner Adam Enfinger; and District Four Commissioner Frankie Wilson. Chairman Steven McKinnon was Vice-Chairman and District One Commissioner Carroll called the meeting to order at 10:00am. Commissioner Wilson opened with prayer. Commissioner Carroll followed with the Pledge of absent. Allegiance. APPROVED - AGENDA, MINUTES & MEMORANDUM OF WARRANTS Commissioner Wilson made a motion to approve the memorandum of warrants and minutes with a change in the agenda: 1)#4- to IAC review 2) add #5- ARPA Expenditure- Jail Vehicles. APPROVED - RA-DCP-23-02-24-7 2024 REBUILD RESURFACING BID Commissioner Grantham made a motion to approve the awarding oft the bid, and authorize Chairman to sign contract, for RA-DCP-23-02-24, 2024 Rebuild Resurfacing Project, to Wiregrass Construction Co., Inc. See Exhibit 1. Commissioner Wilson seconded the motion, all voted aye. Motion carried. APPROVED - ARPA - IAC REVIEW - VIVIAN B. ADAMS SCHOOL Commissioner Grantham made a motion to approve the IAC review of an ARPA expenditure for Vivian B. Adams School. Commissioner Wilson seconded the motion, all voted aye. Motion carried. APPROVED - ARPA EXPENDTURE-JAL Commissioner Grantham made a motion to approve an ARPA expenditure, three vehicles, for the jail operations. See Exhibit 2. ANNOUNCEMENT - NEXT REGULAR MEETING Vice-Chairman and District One Commissioner Carroll announced that the next regular meeting of the Dale County Commission will be Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at 10:00am.
