PRESENT: PRESIDENT PHIL HART, COMMISSIONER SUSIE CVECHKO,  COMMISSIONER TIM MCDANIEL (by phone), COUNTY CLERK CONNIE KAUFMAN, COUNTY COORDINATOR BEN PROPST, COUNTY ADMINSTRATOR SHANA FREY  Sheriff Phil Ferguson, Mike Ervin, Gary Dennis Burner, Marija Ilic  The meeting was called to order by Phil Hart and he led the Pledge of Allegiance. The single item on the agenda is the appointment of Barbour County's Humane officer and Deputy Humane officer. Phil Hart read the letter submitted by Sheriff Ferguson designating Mike Ervin as the Humane Officer and Gary Dennis Burner as the Deputy Humane Officer. The letter detailed how humane complaints should be dispatched. This appointment is done yearly Phil Hart made a motion to accept these appointments and Susie Cvechko seconded and all Connie Kaufman swore in Mr. Ervin as Barbour County Humane officer and Mr. Burner as the On a motion by Phil Hart and seconded by Tim McDaniel, the meeting was adjourned at 8:35  according to WV: State Code 7-10-1.  were in agreement.
