On ar motion by Jamie Carpenter and seconded by Tim McDaniel, the meeting minutes from June 3, 2019 were approved. Exonerations were presented. Connie Kaufman presented seven (7) final settlements. On a motion by Tim McDaniel and seconded by HOWARD DONALD BURGESS, DELORES PEARL BOLYARD, DOROTHY. JANE GOLDEN, JERRY RAY BRICKEY, A$500.00 contribution request was considered for the Race to Lil Moes and was approved on a motion A$2,500 contribution request was considered from Philp Barbour Football. A discussion was held and on a motion by Tim McDaniel and seconded by Jamie Carpenter, $1,500.00 was approved. Shana Frey reviewed various options regarding Rainy Day CDs. After discussion, It was approved to renew the CDs for at five-year term at Premiere Bank on a motion by Tim McDaniel and seconded by Jamie Carpenter. The rates quoted were 2.45% and 2.36% with the option for no penalty withdraw. The 911 Culvert repair was discussed. Tim McDaniel would like to make a revision to the motion made in the April 16, 2019 meeting to take into account the increased cost of the recommended culvert by the DOH. The total cost of the project is revised to $10,500.00 on a motion by Tim McDaniel and seconded Advanced Alarms submitted an estimate for surveillance cameras, access control and duress alarms for the. Judge's Wing at the William's Building in the amount of $21,600.00. On a motion by. Jamie Carpenter Tammy Narog provided a report on the Community Corrections program. There are currently 67 participants. She discussed the numerous Community Service projects and success of local inpatient rehab facilities. This property is owned by the Barbour County Economic Development Authority and interests in the property should be referred to the Economic Development Office.
