The commission meeting was held with in-person attendance and via conference call. On a motion by David Strait and seconded by. He described the Federal and State grant funding process for the Airport. The proposed project is to rehabilitate the apron and runway with a cost of approximately $320,000. The County and City is responsible for al local match of 2.5% each, however the FAA agreed toi fund the project 100%. On a motion by Jamie Carpenter and seconded by David Strait, an add-on to thé Court Security grant fora 64TB NVR unit in Commissioner Cvechko announced that Courthouse Square trees will be discussed at the May 21 the amount of $14,024.33 from Advantage Technologies was approved. 3/0 meeting and, as always, public is encouraged to attend.
