BOOK 28 PAGE 226  Barbour County Commission Special Meeting  August 12, 2021 3:30 pm  SUSIE CVECHKO COMMISSION PRESIDENT, JAMIE CARPENTER COMMISSIONER (by phone), DAVID STRAIT COMMISSIONER, CONNIE KAUFMAN COUNTY CLERK, SHANAFREY COUNTY  ADMINISTRATOR Kim Lewis, Matt Lambert  Susie Cvechko called the meeting to order at 3:45pm.  The commission meeting was held with in-person attendance and via conference call. Shentel requested an amendment to the agreement dated March 9, 2021 to allow them to modify its telecommunications equipment within the site, 185 Antenna Drive, Philippi, WV  26416, from a 3' Microwave dish to a 4' Microwave dish.  Discussion was held with Matt Lambert of Shentel. Mr. Lambert reported that Shentel plans to have the site up and running by the end of the month and the site is expected to serve 499 Onar motion by Susie Cvehcko, second by David Strait, the amendment was approved.
