Richardson, Dylan Harper, Corey Brandon, Jamie Carpenter called the meeting to order at 5:00pm and led the Pledge of Allegiance. On a motion by. Jamie Carpenter, seconded by David Strait, the January 20, 2023 meeting  H. David Talbott  minutes were approved. 3/0 Exonerations were presented.  Ona a motion by David Strait and seconded by. Jedd Schola, six (6) final settlements were THOMAS RAY SWIGER, MARY ELIZABETH GREGORY, LARRY HOVATTER, MILTON: STANLEY Abudget revision was presented for the Coal Severance fund with a revision to increase Coàl Severance Revenues by $420,000 and increase the general government capital project expense line by the same. The revision was approved on a motion by David Strait, seconded by. Jamie  approved. 3/0  BOLYARD,. JOHN CALVIN WEAVER, MARY JANE LANTZ  Carpenter. 3/0  Jamie Carpenter made a motion to approve the Community Corrections grant local match in the amount of $55,200.00, David Strait seconded. The match remains the same as previous years and Taylor County Commission also provides a local match oft the same amount. 3/0 Tammy Narog, Community Corrections director also provided an update on the program. The Teen Violence proclamation was tabled until the next regular meeting.  The Barbour County Sheriff's Department willl be conducting testing for a vacant position. David Strait made a motion to redeem Rainy Day CDs with account numbers 7028207 and 7028208 and the funds deposited into the 9-month special at BC Bank with a rate of 4.270. The CDs are titled Sheriff of Barbour County, Rainy Day Fund with authorized signers of County Clerk Laurie Austin, Sheriff Brett Carpenter, Commission President Jamie Carpenter; Jedd Schola A discussion was held regarding data rack cleanup in the 911 server room. Cardinal Cabling will tone, trace and label all existing wiring from existing patch panels and re-terminate onto modular patch panels. On a motion by.
