The Philippi Christmas Committee submitted a request for funding ini the amount of $1,500 that will purchase additional decorations and Christmas lights. On a motion by David Strait, seconded by Jamie Carpenter made a motion to allocate $135,000 of ARP funds to be used for the purpose of purchasing maintenance equipment for the fairgrounds, Jedd Schola seconded. Al budget revision to Maintenance staff did research and sought bids on equipment necessary for maintenance needs at the fairgrounds. Bids were reviewed.
