Jamie Carpenter, seconded by David Strait, the Sheriff was appointed to the Jeffrey A dispute was filed against the Geraldine Wright final settlement within the 10-day grace period by Dian Seckman. Attorney Mike Mullens submitted an explanation and itemized accounting in response to the dispute. On a motion by. Jedd Schola, seconded by. Jamie Carpenter, the final settlement should be revised to state funds from the Civil Action Suite was made payable to Mr. Steve Nanners, plaintif's attorney, and was dispersed to heirs by Mr. Nanners. The estimated dispersed amounts should be removed since they are not known. Hebron Community Association in the amount of the Fiduciary fees ($600.00) due to the challenges and delay caused by the Fiduciary. The Commissioners suggested that Mt. Hebron Community Association may want to consider submitting a funding request form. A discussion was held on the purchase of a Transit Ambulance with 28,000 miles from Gilmer County Ambulance Authority. On a motion by Jamie Carpenter, seconded by David Strait, $100.00 was approved. 3/0 A discussion was held regarding the Honor Flight program that escorts Veterans to Washington D.C. to visit memoriais dedicated to honor Veteran's: service and sacrifices. Two responses were received. Casto Technical Services $178,756.00 and Tri-State Roofing & Sheet Metal Company $ 172,605.00. On a motion by.
