Alabama Regional Planning and Development Commission (CARPDC) that provides its member governments with al broad range ofp programs and services; and WHEREAS, CARPDC solicited engineering proposals on behalf ofi its member governments inc order to establish a Qualified List of Engineers that may be used byi its member govemments int the Central Alabama Region tov work on!
