The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Jay Thompson and Invocation was  given by Commissioner Larry Stoudemire  Members present: Jay Thompson- Chairman  Rusty Jacksland John L. Thrailkill Bill Tatum Larry Stoudemire  Also present:  Scott Kramer, Treasurer/Adminstrator Audra Smith, Deputy TreasurerAdministrator Kyle Shirley, County Attorney John! Mark Davis, County Engineer  Amotion was made by Mr. Jacksland and seconded by Mr. Thrailkill to approve the  minutes of the DECEMBER 20, 2022 Regular Meeting. Motion carried by unanimous vote of the Commission.  Amotion was made by Mr. Stoudemire ands seconded by! Mr. Thrailkill to approve invoices received through JANUARY 3, 2023 and authorize the Chairman and TreasurerAdministrator toi issue warrants forp payment thereof. Motion carried by unanimous vote oft the Commission.  A motion was made by! Mr. Thrailkill and seconded by Mr. Jacksland to approve the  following items on the Consent Docket:  1.  APPROVAL FORI DESIGNATED PERSONNEL TO ATTEND THE FOLLOWING:  SHERIFF JAIL  391H INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ALABAMA. JAIL ASSOCIATION AMERIÇAN. JAIL ASSOCIATION ADAM GANTT, DEPUTY SHERIFF  MAR. 20-23,2023 APRIL: 23-26, 2023 MAY20-25,2023 DOH:5/9/2022  HUNTSVILLE, AL ORANGE BEACH, AL OMAHA, NE  2. Jesse Rogers, full time correctional deputy, grade 4: step effective (pending drug  testbackground check) to replace Ja'Davien Posey who resigned. Motion carried by unanimous vote oft the Commission.  Amotion was made by Mr. Stoudemire and seconded by Mr. Tatum to award the annual concrete pipe bid jointly to Foley Products Company and Alabama Pipe & Supply  Company, Inc.
