AUTAUGA COUNTY COMMISSIONJ RESOLUTION  RESOLUTION: 2023-9  WHEREAS, the Autauga County Commission works to attract and retain economic WHEREAS, Trucks and Sons, LLCI has presented an expansion and relocation project to the Autauga County Commission which refers to real property and improvements thereon which WHEREAS, said facility shal! be cquipped for use as an industrial facility for WHEREAS, Trucks and Sons, LLC has constructed a 38,000 square foot facility that is anticipated to generate $1.8 million in annual revenue and employee approximately twenty NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Autauga County Commission approves that an incentive package be offercd and hereby approves the application from Trucks and Sons, LLC for abatement of all state and local non-educational sales and use taxes except those levied for education purposes for the specific project as presented in the abatement BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Autauga County Commission hercby commission any and all documents and agreements necessary to offer said incentives and to take all such further action as shall be necessary or desirable to carry out the purposes and intent of  development; and  isv wholly within the Autauga County; and manufacturing sign and advertising materials; and  people; and  application.  authorizes the Chairman of the Commission to  for and on behalf of the county  this Resolution.
