A motion was made by Mr. Thrailkill and seconded by Mr. Jacksland to suspend the rules and add the following item to the agenda: to accept the ADECA Edward Byrne Grant in the amount of $23,800.00 for the purchase of laptops for patrol vehicles.  Motion carried by unanimous vote oft the Commission. A motion was made by Mr. Thrailkill and seconded by Mr. Jacksland to approve the change for Walter Love, Correctional Officer, from full time to part time, effective 2/16/22  (no change in pay).  Motion carried by unanimous vote of the Commission.  A motion was made by Mr. Thrailkill and seconded by Mr. Tatum to approve a one year, one step pay increase for satisfactory service to the following employees in the  Reappraisal Department: Todd Clark  DOH: 2/8/21  Brittany Nicholson DOH:2/22/21  Motion carried by unanimous vote oft the Commission.  Amotion was made by Mr. Stoudemire and seconded by Mr. Thrailkill for approval to purchase 10 electronic poll pads from KNOWINK at the sum of $11,000.00 (for new polling site at Glynwood Baptist Church). Half of the cost will be reimbursed by the State  of Alabama.  Motion carried by unanimous vote of the Commission.  Ar motion was made by Mr. Tatum and seconded by Mr. Thrailkill for approval to wave the rental fee at the arena, for the Autauga County calf show that will be held on March 5,  2022. Amotion was made by Mr. Jacksland and seconded by Mr. Stoudemire for approval to amend Rural Transportation's following line item, due to a check received from ACCA $7,246.89 to 001-56900-234 (vhc. repair) 2016 Ford Econoline Van  Insurance on 2/3/2022, 001-47905:  Motion carried by unanimous vote oft the Commission.
