Foster made ar motioni to allow the continuation of the consolidation ofthe office of City Clerk and City Treasurer under thes same terms, salary and benefits ast the City of Tuscumbia, Alabamaj presently provides for the office of City Clerk/City Treasurer, pursuant to Section 11-43-3, Alabama Code 1975 and Act 2007-309, Acts of Alabama, andi in consideration ofthel Personnel Policies and] Procedures oft the City ofTuscumbia, until the next general election and until their successors. are elected and qualified; seconded by Council Member' Thompkins. November 7,2016a and ending onl November 6, 2018, or until such time asa successor. has been appointed and qualified, all pursuant to Section 12-14-30, Alabama Code, Mayor Underwood. announced that the current department heads would continue int theirs same positions under the same terms and conditions pursuant to Section 11-43-3,Alabama Code 1975  Motion 6-0  1975; seconded by Council Member Isom.
