Work Session City Hall Fayette, Alabama May 28,2019  The City Council oft the City of Fayette held a work session at 6:00  2019, int the Council Chambers oft the City Hall.  o'clock, p.m. on May 28,  Upon roll callt the following were found tob bej present: Mayor Ray Nelson, Councilmembers Campbell, Jason Cowart and Cedric Wilson. Also present were Police Chief Danny Attorney Dale Lawrence, Assistant City Clerk Sherry Fowler and Fire Chief Shannon Jenkins, City Councilmembers Lindal McCraw and. Jerry Nichols were absent. City Clerk Dawn Clapp was also absent. Taylor.  Eddy  Mayor Ray Nelson announced a quorum was  and the  transaction of business.  present  meeting was open for the  RAILSTOTRAILPROIECT  Mr. Terry Acuff reported on the Rails to Trails Project. He provided a financial concerning the funds available for thej purchase oft the property.
