Upon the motion being seconded by Councilmember Campbell, it was unanimously approved. Mayor Northam stated this was the day and time set for the public hearing on the alcohol license Mayor Northam presented Resolution 2020-14 to the Council for their consideration. Upon being seconded by Mr. Charlie Wilson spoke concerning the need for a speed bump on 2md Avenue NE near Guthrie Smith Park. Mr. Wilson stated he was wanting to do this for the kids in the neighborhood. He said Black Street (9t Street NW) had two speed bumps and there were more kids onl his street. He stated kids were Mayor Northam reported the City performed a speed study and at traffic count during December Councilmember Williams, the same was unanimously adopted.
