CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION MINUTES OF APRIL16,2024  Thel Enterprise City Council convened in Work Session at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, Aprill 16,2024,at  Enterprise Civic Center. PRESENT:  Council President Turner Townsend, District #5 Council President Pro-Tem Sonya W. Rich, District #1 Council Member Eugene Goolsby, District #2 Council Member Greg Padgett, District #3 Council Member Scotty. Johnson, District #4 Mayor William E. Cooper City Administrator Jonathan Tullos City Attorney Ashley Marshall Consulting Engineer Glenn Morgan City Department Heads  ALSOPRESENT:  City Clerk Beverly Sweeney was present and kept the minutes.  ROLL CALL- - Council President Townsend noted that all Council Members were present.  O2GOALS UPDATE  City Administrator Jonathan Tullos reported on the status oft the 2024 Q2 goals, including completed  items and a timeline for unfinished items. REVIEW OF AGENDA  Council Members reviewed the proposed agenda for the April 16, 2024, Council Meeting. Following review, Council President Townsend noted an Executive Session was needed to discuss issues requiring legal advice and counsel regarding reputation and character and recommended amending the agenda to include the item under New Business after Council Comments. The consensus of the Council was to  proceed with the amendment as recommended. PARKS & RECREATION FEES  Parks & Recreation Superintendent Blake Moore provided an overview oft the proposed membership, program, sponsorship, and facility rental fees for the new recreation and aquatics center, which are modeled after those ofs surrounding cities with similar facilities. The proposed fees are as follows:  Member Fees: Member Individual Family Military Individual Military Family Senior (65+) Senior (65+) Family Non-Member/Walk-In Fees: Individual (5 and under: Free) Military Individual Senior (65+)  Annual $150 +$100 per member $140 +$100 per member $140 +$100 per member Daily $5 $5 $5    Facility Rentals: Facility Gym (41 pack & Moose Hope) Pool Party Room Pool Party Room & Pool Off Season Pool Party Room Programs: Indoor Classes (10 months a year) Pool Classes (61 months a year) Sponsorships: 4x8 Gym Signs  Time 2Days 1-3 hrs After Hours (1-3 hrs) After Hours (1-3 hrs) 4 Classes per Month 4 Classes per Month  Cost $1,500 $200 $500 $350 $45 $45  $2,500  Following a briefdiscussion, the Council agreed toj proceed with the proposed fees as presented.
