Pablo, Public Works Director Izzy Murguia, Associate Accountant Bella Casares, Interim Finance Director Darlene Truver, Lt. Joseph Barry with the San Diego County - Sheriff'sl Department; and Deputy Fire Chief- Operations Todd Nelson (joined at 6:03 p.m. and left at 6:49 p.m.), Fire ChiefE Bent Koch (arrived at 649pm)ofHearland Fire & Rescue. Mayor Pro-Tem Mendoza led the Pledge of Allegiance. Pledge of Allegiance Public Comment Mayor Vasquez provided a briefannouncement and shared that comments for Special Meetings are limited to items listed on the agenda, pursuant to the Brown Act. Consent Calendar Action: Motion by Councilmember Snow, second by Mayor Pro-Tem Mendoza to approve the Consent Calendar Item No. 1. Pablo, City Clerk announced Councimember LeBaron joined the meeting at 6:14 p.m. Mayor Vasquez opened the public comment period. Mayor Vasquez responded to the question of order raised by Councilmember LeBaron and Action: Motion by Mayor Pro-Tem Mendoza, second by Mayor Vasquez, to adopt Resolution 2024-4033, approving the Fiscal Year 2024/25 City ofLemon Grove Operating and Capital Budget and amend the draft Budget to fund Homeless Services in the amount of $250,000 and moving the Senior Center CIP project to the unfunded Councilmember Snow. column.
