At the regular meeting oft the Eclectic Town Council held on November 20th, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in tne Eclectic Municipal Court Room, persons present included, Maggin Edwards, Mayor Davenport, Linda Reed, Jackie Stearns, Stephanie Stepney, Lindsay Mothershed, Tiffany Evans, Dianna Bethea, Chad Rankin, Jimmy Whitehead, Shane Traylor, Carmen Winslett, Carolyn Jones and Easterling Carpenter. A motion to adopt Resolution 2023-11-002 was made by Councilor Stepney and seconded by Pro-Tem Reed. (4yea, 1 absent). Motion passes.
