She also spoke about the need for SANDAG to do more on the sewage crisis issue and to make sure that resources are distributed equitably. (1040-10) City Manager Tyler Foltz gave a PowerPoint presentation. Councilmembers Fisher, Leyba-Gonzalez and Seabury spoke in support of the event. City Manager Foltz confirmed that these event applications are usually presented at least 90 days before the event, but there was internal staff miscommunication. In response to Mayor Aguirre's question, Martin Mattes confirmed that he will place the picnic tables around the fencing in the front yard to make the area look nicer. The City Council requested a financial report for the event.
