Minutes Town Hall - District3 Council Chamber = Building 2 10601 Magnolia Avenue Santee, California June 18, 2024  1. Call to Order  Present: Mayor John W. Minto and Councimember Laura Koval.  The Special Meeting was called to order by Councimember Koval at 6:00 p.m.  2.  Town Hall Meeting - District 4  Councimember Koval provided a PowerPoint presentation and spoke about fiscal responsibility, public safety, homeless outreach, defensible space and river corridor, roads and infrastructure, business growth, active developments projects, the Arts and Entertainment District, Community Center, senior programs, military support, and various awards received by the City and staff during fiscal year 2023- Fire Chief Justin Matsushita assisted in with Councimember Koval's PowerPoint presentation regarding updates for the City of Santee Fire Department.  24.  3.  Public Comments and Questions  Councilmember Koval responded to questions from the community.  4.
