The request, if granted, would allow the issuance of a sign permit to replace a sign copy placard on a noncontorming off-premise monument sign, in lieu of the provisions of Section 33-4, Nonconforming, Grandfather Clause, Legal Nonconforming Signs: (1) Existing Off-Premises Signs and Billboards. The property is east of the intersection of Main Street and Dryer Avenue, which is zoned B-1, Local Business. 6.
