Mayor called the meeting to order. Councilman Howell gave the invocation.  Upon the call ofroll, the following were found to be present:  Mayor Nelson Councilman K. Walker Councilman Howell Councilman Moss absent City clerk was present  Councilman R. Walker and Councilman Ivy were absent. RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES OTHER BUSINESS  Mayor discussed the Mobile County CDBG ideas with the council and asked if there were any particular projects that the council had in mind. Mayor Nelson stated he had 5 projects in mind, street striping, playground equipment for the park, street paving, a baseball field and lights at the park, and ai tennis court for the park. Council discussed these options and voted. Councilman K. Walker motioned that the above options be submitted by Mayor Nelson to  Mobile County for the CDBG 2012 program.  Councilman Moss second, all favored, none opposed, motion carried.  Mayor states he will have Kim to have the information submitted to Mobile County Commission  by deadline of. January 17,2012. Adjournment  Councilman K. Walker made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Councilman Howell second, all favored, none opposed, motion carried.
