Upon the call ofroll, the following were found to be present:  Mayor Nelson Councilman R. Walker Councilman K. Walker Councilman Ivy Councilman Moss Councilman Howell City clerk was absent.  absent  Minutes from the council meeting held June 14, 2012 were presented. Councilman Ivy made a motion to accept the minutes from the last meeting held. Councilman Moss seconded, all favored, none opposed, motion carried.  CITIZENS ADDRESSING1 THE COUNCIL Mrs. Smith gave update on the Satsuma School board meeting. RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES OTHER BUSINESS Mayor introduced chapter 74 sections 74-80 concerning the truck routes. Councilman Moss seconded, all favored, none opposed, motion carried.  Councilman Howell made ai motion to accept the amendment to 74-80 mandating the truck routes.  PLANNING COMMITTEE No Business No business  ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS    PARKS. AND RECREATION  Mayor states that Lemoyne Industrial Park donated $5,000.00 to the Creola Park.  UTILITIES AND SENIOR CITIZEN  Councilman Moss states that the Ice machine is installed and the floors have been waxed at the  SAIL center. FINANCE No financial report POLICE AND FIRE conference in August. STREETS  Councilman R. Walker made a motion for permission for Chief Taylor to attend to COP  Councilman Ivy seconded, all favored, none opposed, motion carried.  Councilman Howell made a motion for city to contact Mobile county Personnel about filling  street Department worker position.  Councilman Moss seconded, all favored, none opposed, motion carried. Councilman Howell made a motion to request bids for 50 HP tractor and Bush Hog. Councilman Ivy second, all favored, none opposed, motion carried. Councilman Howell made ai motion for the Engineering for Lister Lane Councilman Ivy seconded, all favored, none opposed, motion carried. Councilman Howell made ai motion to repair the roof at the fire department. Councilman Ivy second, all favored, none opposed, motion carried. Councilman R.
