Bill Chambers asked how property was annexed accidentally on Ducey Rd. Mayor explained how the property was annexed and howi it willl be fixed. Rev. Bill Chambers states American Tank wash needs to still get aj permit for the new sign, After looking at the plans before the meeting it was noticed that the tank wash company had already submitted plans with the sign that the committee may have overlooked. ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS Councilwoman Greene states city passed ordinance to extend planning area up to 5 miles to include subdivision. Councilwoman Greene asked what did that actually cover and how did it affect mobile homes and things. Council have general discussion about planning area- SAPRC will bring opinion back and the board will bring back to next meeting. PARKS AND RECREATION Councilman Howell states he got a contact person about trees from Major Holt and will give the Councilman Heathcoe asked if the hand rails were up on the bleachers. STREETS Councilman Heathcoe states the street department has been busy cleaning ditches and has asked Mayor states that a shed needs to be purchased to protect to tractor and all of the other police department to look out for burning leaves in ditches. Mayor states that the CDBG striping money is moving forward. Mayor states that the County did not approve fire truck or Lister Lane, But Oak tree was approved on the 2012 pay as you go program and resurfacing of Rio Honda drive.
