Councilwoman Greene states that she attended the graduation ceremony for Cub Scout troop 32 and they gave the city and the citizens of Creola a certificate of appreciation of their support for Perfect attendance and A and AB honor roll call out: Billy Myers, Kirstin Bennet, Kenneth Layla Knight was recognized for being first runner up for princess and prettiest hair and eyes in the North Mobile Relay for Life pageant and raising the most money for the American Heart Association for Robert E. Lee School. She made A honor Roll and perfect attendance. *Easter Egg hunt at Creola Assembly ofGod on April 19.11-2 pm *Dean's list ofUniversity ofMobile, Creola students who made the list. Councilwoman Greene thanked our Coca-Cola driver, Coco, for always providing the banners Mrs. Casie Bennet states that the trash pick-up day is this Saturday meet at city hall at 8am. She Mrs. Casie Bennet and the community group has been raising money for a vest for the police K-9 Hix. They are $150.00 short of having all they need. If anyone would like to help and has all the supplies, just needs volunteer and will only work about 2 hours. donate it would be appi sciated. POLICE AND FIRE amount of $700.00 Councilman Ivy states they have to have a yearly pump test on the Class A pumper for the Councilman Ivy made a motion to have the pump test done for $700.00. ADDITIONAL NOTES Mayor states that he met with the people about the punch list on Guthrie, Crisswell and Quinley. Mayor Nelson states that he is still talking to Mediacom about expanding services throughout Councilwoman Moss asked if a price for the senior door was ever got. Mrs. Kim states that she will get that for her. Councilwoman Moss states that they will have a Easter party for the seniors Mayor asked Councilman Heathcoe if he would check into Mr. Googie's drainage issue. Councilwoman Greene.states that the CCU and Creax group will meet at the SAIL center on Councilwoman Greene states that Chief Jerry Taylor carried the torch in the Special Olympics Mayor states that Bobby is doing a good job with the grass cutting. the city. on April 17 at the center from 10-12.
