Chambers gave invocalion Pledge of Allegiance Mayor Nelson Councilwoman Greene Councilman Heathcoe Councilman Ivy Councilwoman Moss Councilman Howell  Upon the call ofroll, the following were found tol bej present:  City clerk was present and City attorney was absent.  Councilwoman Moss made a motion to accept the minutes from the meeting 2/12/15 Councilwoman Greene seconded, all favored, none opposed, motion carried.  CITIZENS ADDRESSING THE COUNCIL  Going to invite county out to talk about completion on the road projects before signing off on Rev. White with Creola Assembly of God is hosting a Spring Explosion on 3/21/15 from 9-2pm, there will have a car show, family day, hot dogs, burgers, chips, train ride, etc. local vendors are Councilwoman Greene made a motion to give a $250.00 donation to the North Mobile Relay for  them.  welcome. The Car show will be $10.00 entry fee.  life for the City of Creola.  Councilman Howell seconded, all favored, none opposed, motion carried.    RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES OTHER BUSINESS  No business  PLANNING COMMITTEE There will be a call meeting on 2/24/15  There is one trailer application but Mr. Moss will check into and report back to the board. The next regular meeting will be 3/17/15, the council thanked SARPC for working with city on the Zoning book. The city will sell CD copies ofthe books for a minimum of $5.00.  ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS PARKS AND RECREATION  No business  Councilman Howell states that the disk golf baskets are ordered should be ini next week. Councilman Howell made aj motion to charge $250.00 for all tournaments. Councilman Moss seconded, all favored, none opposed, motion carried.  Mr. William Chambers suggested that set rules inj place in an effort not to prevent use, but to set more order. Everyone should call in advance, and if the call at the last minute cannot use ifno Mrs. Bryant suggests toi require security or police tol be on site to. keep order and to use form. Councilman Ivy asked if we could keep a portion of all tournaments for city up keep of the  one is available to organize or schedule.  parks. No business FINANCE  UTILITIES AND SENIOR CITIZEN  No finance will present at next meeting.  CREOLA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT GROUP  Mrs. Venus Davis made presentation to Parr's Chevron for business of year and thanked the manager for their constant support of the city and for making a positive presence in the Councilwoman Greene states that there will be an Easter bunny breakfast on 4/4/15 at Creola  community.  Assembly of God, there will be more details available later Briley Brunson received award for Satsuma key student. Quinton Raines received Fireman of the year for CVFD. There will be al luau for the Cub Scouts at the Sail Center.  POLICE. Councilman Howell seconded, all favored, none opposed, motion carried.  STREETS $500.00.  Councilman Heathcoe motion to get street department truck checked and fixed if it is under  Councilman Howell second, all favored, none opposed, motion carried. Mr. Kenny Walker said when tractor is fixed get contract or warranty  Ifweather is ok- will haul rocks  ADDITIONAL NOTES  Will discuss raises for court at next meeting  Will discuss repair oftransmission for fire department vehicle at next meeting CCDG will have federal ID # by nexti meeting and will be able to open their own account.
