Councilman Heathcoe made a motion to accept the minutes from the meeting 8/27/15. Councilwoman Green seconded, all favored, none opposed, motion carried. CITIZENS ADDRESSINGTHE COUNCIL park. Mr. Cecil states that he was honored to help the city. Councilman Howell presented Cecil with a plaque for helping the city put in the disc Golf at the Acitizen asked if more no litter signs were going to be put up further down Lister Dairy Rd. No business ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSIMENTS PARKS AND RECREATION Councilman Howell states that he spoke with Major about putting some no parking signs up in Councilman Howell states that the county in finishing up on the Crenshaw Park and someone has already vandalized the walking trail. Major states that they have the biggest turnout for soccer certain areas of the park. Kim states they are in. with 160 kids playing. FINANCE UTILITIES AND SENIOR CITIZEN Councilman Howell made a motion to accept the financial report. Councilman Heathcoe seconded, all favored, none opposed, motion carried. Mrs. Becky announced that the Christmas Parade will take place on November 21. CREOLA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: GROUP POLICE AND FIRE Councilman Howell states a police car was hit on the bridge and totaled, but thankfully the officer was not injured, we are waiting on insurance check. Councilman Howell made a motion to spend up to a $1000.00 to put trash cans throughout the park and also benches along the walking trail.
