Mayor states that only 6: items on the agenda to discuss.  City clerk was present and City attorney was present. CITIZENS ADDRESSINGTHE COUNCIL  No Citizens spoke  RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES OTHER BUSINESS  Councilwoman Greene made a motion for the Steadham property to be annexed. Councilwoman Moss seconded, all favored, none opposed, motion carried.  Roll call to annex Steadham property. Councilwoman Moss seconded, all favored, none opposed, motion carried.  PARKS AND RECREATION  Councilwoman Greene motioned to get Mr. Sam Sanders to extend sidewalks at park. Councilwoman Moss second, all favored, none opposed, motion carried.  Councilwoman Greene motioned to put rocks in parking lot of City hall, police and fire  department.  Councilwoman Moss second, all favored, none opposed, motion carried.  ADDITIONAL NOTES  Mayor asked council to look over budget and be prepared at the next meeting to discuss, make  changes and/ or approve next meeting.
