Rev. Chambers gave invocation. Pledge of Allegiance Mayor) Nelson Councilwoman Greene Councilman Heathcoe Councilman Ivy Councilwoman Moss Councilman Howell  Upon the call ofroll, the following were found to be present:  City clerk and City attorney was present.  Councilman Heathcoe made a motion to accept the minutes from the meeting 4/14/16. Councilman Ivy seconded, all favored, none opposed, motion carried. CITIZENS. ADDRESSINGTHE COUNCIL  ME-kenneth-AusLSIAteS-C-RSEcOnceraboutthe-draimage-On-CreoladFiv,and-WAE be resurfaced. Mayor states that there is no place for the water to go, and the city does not have an easement for a ditch in the area. Mayor asked citizen to ask his neighbors to help  get an easement to dig ditch.  RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES OTHER BUSINESS and will bring back to council next meeting. PLANNING COMMITTEE between ages of18-40.  Mayor states that the. Attorney Johnny Lane will look over the public decency ordinance  Rev. Chamber states that they need more citizens to come out and support the workshop  Cm4.28.16  page 1    Rev Chambers states that trucks are getting stuck crossing rail road tracks again coming from Hardy Rd. Chiefs states that hel has spoken with the state about the trucks being Councilwoman Greene states that the next meeting will be 5/17/16 at 5pm at the Sail center. Councilwoman Greene asked chief about putting the survey on website and  rerouted down Creola axis loop rd.  SARPC would give a link to add ifneeded. ZONING BOARD OFA ADJUSTMENTS PARKS AND RECREATION  No business  Councilman Howell states that the bathrooms are under way and the sewer. line route: map has been sent to the project manager. Trash cans receptacles are being put together as  well.  Councilwoman Greene will check into $5,000 from Community day.  UTILITIES AND SENIOR CITIZEN  Councilwoman Moss states that are getting a little more info on a van and then discuss it.  FINANCE  Finance report will be presented at the next meeting.  POLICE AND FIRE  Councilman Ivy states no business forj police department. bum permit from Alabama forestry department.  Mayor and Chief Reeves states that if you burn anything over Y4 acres you have to have a Chief states that the Tahoe (K-9 unit) engine went out and requested to take it out of  service and sale it.  Councilman Howell made a motion to declare it surplus.  Councilman Heathcoe second, all favored, none opposed, motion carried.  STREETS out. Councilman Ivy seconded, all favored, none opposed, motion carried.  ADDITIONAL NOTES  Counciwoman Greene states that North Mobile School and Satsuma School will let a few children be at the ribbon cutting for Crenshaw Park with Commissioner Ludgood.  Commissioner Ludgood will get us a date for the ribbon cutting. Counciwoman Greene states that the day ofl Prayer will be 5/5/16.  Adjournment Cm 4.28.16  Councilwoman Moss made a motion to adjourn.
