Upon the call ofroll, the following were found to be present: Pledge of Allegiance Mayor Nelson Councilwoman Greene Councilman Heathcoe Councilman Ivy Councilwoman Moss Councilman Howell City clerk was present and City attorney was absent. CITIZENS, ADDRESSINGTHE COUNCIL Mayor gave history of the Pay as you go program steps. Mayor encouraged citizens to talk to Commissioner Ludgood. RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES OTHER BUSINESS Mayor discussed remaining dirt roads left in Creola. Mayor asked council to decide on a list road to turn in for Pay as You Go. Mayor states it may be a good idea to put about 5 Councilman Howell states Brown Rd should be at the top of the paving list and add Creola dr, North Bentley, Skidmore, Christy Lane and Lister Lane to be resurfaced. Councilwoman Moss states Brown Rd should be number one. Holmes Rd is going to cost Councilman Howell states that James Burkett should be on the list because ofit leading to the cemetery. Councilman Heathcoe wants the citizens to know that ift the city only put Brown Rd on the list and ift the county does not pick it then nothing is done, it is the county's choice.
