PLANNING COMMITTEE Rev. Bill Chambers presented a letter to council concerning an issue with a mobile home not being up to code or having a permit label on it. Mayor states he will be seeking legal assistants. Rev. Chambers and inspector Don Moss has seen the mobile home. Rev. Chambers says owner needs to take ownership of park. Mr. Moss has been asked to get a list ofitems that is not in compliance in the park together. Mr. Moss states that the Mobile home was moved in illegally and he feels it should be moved out. The owner has Councilman Howell asked is there a law or guidelines about what makes a mobile home a Councilwoman Greene states that the city attorney can not handle zoning board issues, a Councilman Howell made a motion for Mayor to talk to an attorney about this issue.
