White gave invocation. Councilman Heathcoe seconded, all favored, none opposed, motion carried. Councilman Howell made a motion to adopt the ADA transition plan. Councilwoman Moss seconded, all favored, none opposed, motion carried.  CITIZENS ADDRESSINGTHE COUNCIL  Mr. Fisher wants to know why there are Saraland city limit signs. Mayor explained that Saraland has annexed land north on Radcliff Rd and we have overlapping police jurisdiction. Mayor states he spoke to Mr. Calmetti with. Aldot and he is waiting on a call from the. Aldot attorney to give orders of placement of our signs. Councilwoman Greene Bro. John White states that the Creola Assembly church will have a kid's crusade on July Councilman Howell made a motion for the church to have crusade parade with police car Councilman Heathcoe second, all favored, none opposed, motion carried.  said we have the signs ready to go. 27-29. RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES OTHER BUSINESS Councilwoman Moss made ai motion to for Kim to continue as the election coordinator. Councilman Howell second, all favored, none opposed, motion carried.  PLANNING COMMITTEE  Rev. Bill Chambers presented a letter to council concerning an issue with a mobile home not being up to code or having a permit label on it. Mayor states he will be seeking legal assistants. Rev. Chambers and inspector Don Moss has seen the mobile home. Rev. Chambers says owner needs to take ownership of park. Mr. Moss has been asked to get a list ofitems that is not in compliance in the park together. Mr. Moss states that the Mobile home was moved in illegally and he feels it should be moved out. The owner has Councilman Howell asked is there a law or guidelines about what makes a mobile home a Councilwoman Greene states that the city attorney can not handle zoning board issues, a Councilman Howell made a motion for Mayor to talk to an attorney about this issue. Councilman Heathcoe second, all favored, none opposed, motion carried. Councilwoman Moss states that they need to start interviewing to get another attorney. Don Moss states there is a travel trailer issue on McBride. Council Howell states the ice machine is not working and the senior building account has  some funds that could help in purchasing a new one. POLICE AND FIRE No business Cm7.14.16  2    STREETS  Councilman Heathcoe would like to fixt the hole in front ofPlatts.  Mrs. Bryant needs a street signs. ADDITIONAL NOTES  Councilwoman Moss states that the History of Creola books are in and that all proceeds Mayor Nelson states that a rumor about the city talking to Saraland again and that is not true. The mayor state he has not talked to Saraland, nor has anyone is this office talked to  will go to the Creax scholarship school foundation fund.  Saraland about any annexation plans.
