Mayor states he will get up with Commissioner Ludgood hopefully next week. None RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES OTHER BUSINESS Cm 10.13.16 1 PLANNING COMMITTEE Councilwoman Greene states that Mr. Chambers said he mailed out a letter to Ms. Lolley to move. her mobile home; it is not up to code and has been empty for over a year. ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS PARKS AND RECREATION No business Councilman Howell states that the county should be starting the bathrooms at the park on Monday. Councilwoman Greene asked where the bathrooms were going to be put. Councilman Howell states between the two ball fields under the trees. Councilwoman Greene states that Nov 5 "Day in the park" it will need to be marked off for construction. Councilman Howell states that the Crenshaw Park dedication was awesome and had Councilman Howell reminder about the signs for No driving golf balls on the soccer field. Councilman Howell states that some of the soccer people are still parking in the disc golf field. He will talk to Major about this. Councilwoman Greene stated that the post office called about parking also and she emailed Major on this issue. Mayor states he spoke with Commissioner Ludgood about the children safety at the park and needing a fence. He will follow up with her next week. about 100 people in attendance. ADDITIONAL NOTES Mrs. Venus Davis states that the Community group is having its Sth annual Halloween custom contest Monday at 6:30 pm and Brandy with. Hwy 43 dance studio will be hosting The Thanksgiving Christmas parade will be held November 19. The community group is requesting to use the park for a meeting place. The parade line up will be at 10 am and the parade starts at 1lam.
