(City Manager/Executive Director) Staff recommends approval of the Assignment and Assumption Agreement and authorize the Executive Director of the Successor Agency to execute all documents necessary to effectuate the assignment of the PSA from Larry  Joseph Walker to AJ Luxury Goods, LLC.
