ORDINANCE NO. 2022-01  BEIT ORDAINED by the Council oft the City ofl Brundidge, Alabama as follows:  Section 1.  The fee for collection of residential municipal solid waste shall be $16.00 per month per customer for one roll out cart; each addition cart $6.00 per month, per customer, effective for the billing period April 25, 2022 to May 25, 2022 with bill for the service rendered. June 1, 2022.  Section 2.  Any provision or part thereof, of any existing ordinance in conflict with the provisions ofthis  ordinance are hereby repealed.  Section 3.  This ordinance shall become effective upon it adoption and publication as required by law.  ADOPTED this the 5th day of April, 2022.
