That the City of] Brundidge enter into an agreement with the State of Alabama: acting by and through the Alabama Department ofTransportation relating to public transportation with partial funding by the Federal Transit Administration, which agreement is before the City of  Brundidge;  2. That the agreement to be executed in the name oft the City of Brundidge, by the Mayor Boyd  oft the City of Brundidge for and on its behalf:  3.
