BOROUGH OF SEVEN FIELDS COUNCIL MEETING May 13h,2024  Council President Regan-Koch called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm in the Council Chambers of the Seven  Fields Borough Municipal Office at 2200 Garden Drive, Seven Fields, PA 16046.  ROLL CALL:  Present: Council President Kimberly Regan-Koch, Council Vice President Dawn Servello, Council Member Lou Absent: Council Member Morgan Hardesty, Council Member Jeffrey Smouse, Mayor Dean Galitsis, and  Borghi, Manager Thomas B. Smith, Engineer John Balewski, and Solicitor Megan Turnbull, Esq.  Treasurer Elaine Comunale  Council President Regan-Koch began the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance.  Public Participation None  Approval of Council Meeting Minutes for April 14h,2024  Upon a motion made by Council Vice President Servello and a second by Council Member Borghi, the following  was resolved:  RESOLVED: Borough Council approved the Meeting Minutes of the April 11th, 2024, Council Meeting  Minutes as presented.  Request for Proposal for Replacement of Borough Building Windows  Engineer Balewski updated Borough Council on the re-bid of the Borough Building Windows noting GramBoys, LLC was the only and lowest bid in the amount of $97,969.00. He is recommending Contract No. 2024-03 be  awarded to GramBoys LLC.  Upon a motion by Council Vice President Servello and a second by Council Member Borghi, the following was  resolved:  RESOLVED: Borough Council awarded Contract No. 2024-03 to GramBoys LLC, in the amount of  $97,969.00 for the replacement of the Borough Building side windows. Northern Regional Police Department Monthly Report  Sergeant Andrew Bienemann Northern Regional Police Department reported that there were thirty-nine calls for service for the month of April. Of those calls, twelve were citations, eighteen warnings, and three commercial  vehicle inspections.  1    BOROUGH OF SEVEN FIELDS COUNCIL MEETING May 13th,2024  Treasurer's Report  Manager Smith referred Borough Council to the Accounts Payable List for April 2024. The General Fund total of After review and upon a motion made by Council Vice President Servello and a second made by Council  $228,110.31 and Capital Reserve of $16,383.34 was reported. President Regan-Koch, the following was resolved:  RESOLVED: Borough Council approved the April Accounts Payables List.  Fund Balances as of 5-13-2024  General Fund Road Fund Liquid Fuels Total All Funds  $1,667,451 $143,975 $215,870 $359,845  Available for Operating and/or Capital Expenses $1,465,877  Legal Issues  Solicitor Turnbull noted there were no legal issues to discuss at this time.  DCED Local Share Account Grant for Seven Fields Town Park Pool Renovations-Contract #2023-04 Upon a motion by Council Member Borghi and a second by Council Vice President Servello, the following was  resolved:  RESOLVED: Borough Council authorized payment #2 to Shiloh Industrial in the amount of $68,580 for  the Seven Fields Town Park Swimming Pool Renovations. 2024 Seven Fields PA DEP Safe Drinking Water Annual Report  Upon a motion by Council President Regan-Koch and a second by Council Member Borghi, the following was  resolved:  RESOLVED: Borough Council approved payment in the amount of $4,000 to the Department of  Environmental Protection for PA safe drinking water regulations required for public water systems. Seven Fields Town Park Pool Electrical Upgrades  Upon a motion by Council Vice President Servello and a second by Council Member Borghi, the following was  resolved.  RESOLVED: Borough Council approved the quote from Brown Oaks Electric in the amount of $3,350  for the Seven Fields Town Park Swimming Pool electrical upgrades.
